Nothing like a braai. As a lady I would like to point out that we buy the meat, salad ingredients, rolls, alcohol, charcoal, fire lighters e.t.c. We prepare the meat (marinade of spice it up), make the salads, butter the rolls and just basically co-ordinate everything from laying out the cutlery, to washing the dishes. The guys all stand around the fire, drinking beer and turning their boerewors. They then have the audacity to ask us at the end of it, if we have enjoyed our night off cooking. Typical. But I still love it, wouldn't give it up for the world Love it! Nothing like a braai.
