Need Hairdresser.
and Quickly. The grey hairs are sprouting from the middle of my head like persistent little weeds – they seem to defy gravity and stick up rather than lay down nicely…like they’re trying to say haaazit! Even worse, they’re frizzy. Blah.
So I’m looking for a hairdresser to cover up them sprouts..someone close by who can cut, colour and of course doesn’t talk too much or too little.
I’m still looking but in the meantime I was desperate…
and Jem and Tomthumb had to stand in as hairdresser and hairdresser assistant.
they make a cute duo don’t they?
Daddy made it for me…
Peek-a-boo
This is my swing…handmade by daddy.
Pretty cool eh? The size is just right.
..and I get to hang out with my froggies, Humphrey, Mervin and Marlin.
They sing to me…
Mommy thought it would help put me to sleep.
But sleep is for wussies..
so I just listen to them froggies…
and when I get bored of that, mommy moves me to the bean bag and pulls funny faces to make me smile like in this picture.
Mommy is so silly sometimes.
And that’s the tour of my crib brothers and sistas! Who’s coming over for a playdate?
A messy affair
Feeding. Who knew that one tablespoon of cereal could make so much mess? Who knew that one tablespoon of cereal could turn into so many photographs? Who knew that Carlton roll served its 1001th purpose as a bib and mopper upper thingie (God, I love Carlton roll). Man, who knew? Lots of fun…it starts out a bit strained, like mom this is so much work do I have to?
And then before you know it he’s having a fat jol! Nummy Nummy.
And then before you know it it’s all over and he’s giving you the “Where’d it all go?” look.
And time for the Carlton roll to serve its 1001th purpose of cleaning baby’s neck, arms, feet, nose, cheeks, hair, hands and of course the babygrow…and mommy!
And that’s the adventure of feeding little TomThumb!!
