I was going to write a gory post today about Halloween, but decided that there is a much more important event happening this weekend that definitely trumps my original plan.
Blue Bulls Vs Cheetahs ABSA Currie Cup Final is to be held this weekend at Loftus. So my question to you is- het jy blou bloed of oranje bloed? Well personally I have sharks blood, but considering that they didn’t make it past the semi’s, I should probably choose my next best favourite and seeing as though it was the Cheetahs that kicked the sharks out of the runnings, my money is on the Bulls (so there!). I like the bulls, some of my favourite Springboks play for the team, like Habana, Morne and Victor. But don’t worry I won’t go as far as to hang blue ‘dangly bits’ off the tow bar of my car.
But what I am going to do in celebration of Halloween and the final, is go out and buy a big fat pumpkin, a pumpkin is orange, cheetahs, orange, get it…..I will then carve the Blue Bulls logo into the face and finally hang it up outside on the gate post during the rugby game, this I’m sure is bound to confuse a few of the neighbors.
Good luck to the players on Saturday, they are going to need it, what with playing on a day that is typically known as the Day of the Dead………………… MUWAAAAAAAHHHHH

Now…Now girls, have you all learnt a lesson yet? BLOU IS KONING! The cup is home, where it belongs, simply because the bulls are the best, there is no rugby but blue bulls rugby. and that, that is why we can hang dangly blue bits all over, because we are so proud, of the team that makes us proud time after time after time again.
