Because I’m definitely not a clubber and haven’t seen the inside of a club in like, years, this idea might seem a little old but I thought I’d risk the embarrassment and put it out there anyway because I thought it was a fabulous idea! A friend of mine was telling me about this club in the States that issued different coloured neon wrist bands based on your relationship status. On entering the club, you received either a neon green band if you were single or a neon pink band if you were taken. So all the single men could see who all the single ladies were and vice versa. I love this idea because it means that people in relationships can at least go to a club and avoid being subjected to cheesy pick-up lines and single guys can also save time and flirtatious energy by spending more time with single people.
Although this idea works well in clubs, a savvy entrepreneur could duplicate this concept for use at various events and even develop a dating website in conjunction with it. Now that’s a good idea!
